What personal data we collect and why
Comments
If a visitor leaves a comment on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and the user-agent data of the browser to determine spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (“hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine if you are using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After the comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media files
If you are a registered user and upload photos to the site, you may want to avoid uploading images with EXIF metadata, as they may contain your GPS location data. Visitors can extract this information by downloading images from the site.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. This is for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when commenting. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account on the site and log in, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser supports cookies; this cookie contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log into your account, we also set several cookies with login data and screen settings. Login cookies last for two days, and screen settings cookies last for a year. If you select the “Remember me” option, your login data will be stored for two weeks. When you log out, the login cookies will be deleted.
When editing or publishing an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser; it contains no personal data and only includes the ID of the post you edited, expiring after 1 day.

How long we keep your data
If you leave a comment, the comment itself and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is done to recognize and approve subsequent comments automatically, instead of placing them in a moderation queue.
For users registered on our site, we store the personal information they provide in their profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their profile information at any time (except for the username). The website owner, i.e., Evgeny, son of Yuri in the Rod of Rus Kirillov, can also view and modify this information.
What rights you have to your data
If you have an account on the site or have left comments, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including the data you provided. You can also request the deletion of this data, excluding data we are obliged to keep for security purposes.
Where we send your data
User comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Data left by registered users may be shared with others, but only with the owner’s consent. This is to establish conference communication or a personal conversation with their co-relative. To other parties: any commercial companies in the Russian Federation, individuals in the Russian Federation, legal entities in the Russian Federation will never and under no circumstances receive your data for any tickets from the Bank of Russia (BIBARiki).
