Conceptual power is the highest, supranational level of social governance that stands above the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. It is the power that does not write laws but shapes the meanings, goals, and ideals on the basis of which these laws will be written.
Beyond Illusion
Most people see power in a flat, two-dimensional way: they observe presidents, parliaments, and parties. But these are merely “managers” executing someone else’s will. Conceptual power is the “architect” that creates the blueprint of a building (society). If we imagine governance as a pyramid, politicians are in the middle, while at the top are those who possess the concept: an understanding of “what is good and what is bad” on a civilizational scale.
Functions and Tasks
The main task of conceptual power is to recognize the factors of environmental pressure and to form a vector of goals. It answers the questions:
- Why do we live?
- Where are we going?
- What values do we defend?
Without sovereign conceptual power, a state cannot be independent, even if it has its own army and anthem.
Autocratic Nature
Unlike a president or a deputy, conceptual power is not elected by voting. This power is, by its nature, autocratic (self-sovereign). A group of people or an individual takes this power themselves, by virtue of their understanding. No one can forbid a person from becoming conceptually powerful — that is, understanding how the world is arranged and offering their Idea to society. If a person does not take this power, they automatically become a hostage to someone else’s concept. In conceptual power, there is no vacuum: either you manage your meanings, or you are managed by others’.
Only Two Paths
Despite the abundance of parties and ideologies, there are globally only two concepts of governance:
- Concept of Evil Morality (Biblical/Elite-Collective): “Divide and conquer.” It is based on the concealment of knowledge, the exploitation of some people by others, and parasitism on the Planet.
- Concept of Good Morality (Vedic/Russian): “Unite and thrive.” It is based on the openness of knowledge, living by Conscience, and in harmony with God’s Providence.
The current geopolitical struggle is not a clash of countries, but a clash of these two designs.
Practical Significance
In the modern world, the war is not for territories, but for the interception of conceptual power. We are being attempted to implant foreign concepts (consumption, tolerance, individualism) to seize control of resources. Gaining our conceptual sovereignty is Russia’s main task in the Age of Aquarius.

I lived and studied abroad in New Zealand, taking English language courses. I lived and worked in South Korea in the fields and at sea. In total, I’ve visited four different countries, different from those where Russian is spoken. I’ve interacted with people from at least 20 different cultures, religions, and faiths. I share my experiences on my blog. I try not to judge or make any judgments, but I do draw conclusions.
