Global Predictor (GP) is a term that denotes a subject of global governance, performing the function of “prediction” (forecasting, planning, and correction) of historical processes on the planet.
Not Conspiracy, but Function
It is important to understand: GP is not necessarily specific individuals sitting around a table (although such structures do exist). It is primarily a management function. It is a system that operates not on electoral cycles (4 years), but on epochs and centuries. The Global Predictor views countries, peoples, and cultures as tools in its global chess game, periodically “sacrificing” some pieces for the gain of others.
Trace in History
The roots of this management system go back to the priesthood of Ancient Egypt. It was there that the hierophants of Amun, united, created crowd management technologies through secret knowledge. 3500 years ago, they faded into the shadows, transforming into supranational structures (orders, clans, banking houses), but the method remained the same: hermetism (concealment of knowledge). They provide the crowd with religion for comfort, while keeping the knowledge of the Laws of the Universe for governance.
Structure: Left and Right Hand
GP is not monolithic; it acts like two hands of one body, often staging a performance of struggle:
- Atlantic Wing (Conditionally “Liberals/Bankers”): A bet on maritime power, the dollar, digital economy, and the blurring of borders.
- Eurasian Wing (Conditionally “Conservatives/Industrialists”): A bet on resources, gold, and old noble aristocracies.
Wars between them are merely a way to redistribute balance within one system. But now the system has malfunctioned — the Law of Time deprives them of the ability to plan “in the long term”.
Methods of Operation
GP operates in a non-structured way: it creates conditions under which people and countries choose the path it needs. It uses crises, wars, and revolutions as tools for dismantling the old order and building the new. However, in the new era, the effectiveness of GP is declining due to the action of the Law of Time and the awakening of the civilizational codes of peoples.

I lived and studied abroad in New Zealand, taking English language courses. I lived and worked in South Korea in the fields and at sea. In total, I’ve visited four different countries, different from those where Russian is spoken. I’ve interacted with people from at least 20 different cultures, religions, and faiths. I share my experiences on my blog. I try not to judge or make any judgments, but I do draw conclusions.
