Higher Self

Higher Self is the immaterial essence of a person, their true “command center” in the energy-information field, sent by the Creator to undergo earthly lessons.

Trinity of Structure

The Higher Self consists of three inseparable aspects that work in synergy:

  1. Soul (Heart): The source of Love, inspiration, and meanings. Responsible for goal-setting (“Why?”).
  2. Consciousness (Head): The information and analytical center. Responsible for planning and analysis (“How?”).
  3. Spirit (Will): The energy engine and warrior. Responsible for action and implementation (“I do!”).

Principle of Operation

A harmonious life is only possible with the coordinated work of this “board of directors.” The Soul gives the impulse (dream), the Consciousness builds the implementation plan, and the Spirit provides the will to manifest the intended in matter.

Signal Blockage

The connection with the “Headquarters” (Higher Self) can be disrupted. Then a person turns into a “bio-robot” with autonomous power but without navigation. The main “jammers” are:

  • Intoxications: Alcohol, tobacco, and drugs lower brain vibrations, causing it to stop receiving the high-frequency signal of the Spirit.
  • Lie: Every lie (especially to oneself) creates interference in the data transmission channel.
  • Fear: A spasm that physically blocks the flow of energy through energy centers.

How to Restore Control?

The Higher Self speaks to us constantly, but at different frequencies:

  • Soul whispers through intuition and the feeling of “want/don’t want.”
  • Consciousness sends insights and clear thoughts (“eureka!”).
  • Spirit pushes through the impulse to action (the energy to stand up and do).

To hear these signals, one must regularly turn off external noise (news, social media) and practice silence.

I lived and studied abroad in New Zealand, taking English language courses. I lived and worked in South Korea in the fields and at sea. In total, I’ve visited four different countries, different from those where Russian is spoken. I’ve interacted with people from at least 20 different cultures, religions, and faiths. I share my experiences on my blog. I try not to judge or make any judgments, but I do draw conclusions.
