Law is a set of rules and restrictions created by people to govern those who are unable to live by Conscience.
Etymology: Beyond the Universe Codes
The word literally means going “Beyond the Universe Codes”.
- Universe Codes: The circle of harmony, the Divine program (Кон/ru/ is Universe Codes).
- “Закон/ru/” is Beyond the Universe Codes: That which is outside the boundary of this circle. The Russian word “закон” is translated into English like a law. This is why it is difficult for English speakers to understand the general meaning of a word from its constituent parts.
Who are laws written for?
The law is a “crutch” for a low level of consciousness. If a being (Human) lacks internal Conscience and connection with the Creator (Zero DNA), their behavior needs to be restricted by external frameworks (Criminal Code, Civil Code of the Russian Federation) to prevent them from destroying society. A person living by the Law (by Conscience) does not need laws, as their internal ethics are above any written rules.
Maritime Law on Land
The modern legal system is based on Roman (Maritime) Law. Its essence: everyone is considered “dead” (goods/cargo) until they declare themselves alive. When you come to court and acknowledge yourself as “Full Name” (person), you fall under the jurisdiction of commercial law, where you can be judged, fined, and restricted as a thing. A person (living soul) is not subject to Maritime Law; they are only subject to Natural Law.
Vertical of Power
For a conscious person, the hierarchy looks like this:
- Universe Code (Will of the Creator).
- Conscience (Internal regulator).
- State Law (External regulator).
If state law contradicts the Law (for example, forces betrayal or violence), a person is obliged to follow the Law, ignoring the law. This is the right of Higher sovereignty.

I lived and studied abroad in New Zealand, taking English language courses. I lived and worked in South Korea in the fields and at sea. In total, I’ve visited four different countries, different from those where Russian is spoken. I’ve interacted with people from at least 20 different cultures, religions, and faiths. I share my experiences on my blog. I try not to judge or make any judgments, but I do draw conclusions.
