Management Priorities (in the terminology of the KOB — General Means of Management) — is a hierarchical system of six methods of influencing society, allowing for the management of entire countries and peoples.
Power Pyramid (from weak to strong)
The higher the priority, the longer the effect and the harder it is to notice:
- Methodological (Worldview): The most powerful. Forms the worldview, standards of “normality,” and life goals. Changes the course of history for centuries.
- Chronological (Historical): Managing the future by rewriting the past. He who controls the archives programs the scenarios for development.
- Factological (Ideological): Technologies, ideologies, religions, media. Formation of the “crowd’s” views.
- Economic: Global money, loans, usury. Management through debts and finances.
- Genetic: Weapons of genocide (alcohol, drugs, GMOs, vaccines). Suppression of will and physical degeneration.
- Force (Military): The weakest and fastest. “Hot” war. Used when the first five have failed.
Principle of Embedding
The law of priorities states: the highest priority always dictates the rules to the lower one. It is impossible to win a war (6th priority) if your economy (4th priority) works for the enemy. It is impossible to build a strong economy (4th) if the people have foreign ideals and a false history in their minds (1st and 2nd priorities). The USSR was a superpower at the 6th priority (army), but lost the Cold War at the 1st (meanings) and 5th (genetics/alcohol). Victory is forged only at the top of the pyramid.
How to Remove Control?
To stop being a pawn, one must rise up the ladder of priorities:
- Refusal of poisons (5th priority): Sobriety is the basis of safety. It is easy to manage a drunken people.
- Financial literacy (4th priority): Living within means, refusal of credit slavery.
- Discernment (1st priority): The skill to see who and why is showing you a particular piece of news. Ask the question: “To whose mill is this information pouring water?”
Mechanism of Action
As long as people’s attention is focused on the 6th (war) or 4th (currency exchange rate) priorities, the real masters of the game change history (2nd) and meanings (1st), remaining unnoticed. Understanding this scheme is the first step to breaking free from external control.

I lived and studied abroad in New Zealand, taking English language courses. I lived and worked in South Korea in the fields and at sea. In total, I’ve visited four different countries, different from those where Russian is spoken. I’ve interacted with people from at least 20 different cultures, religions, and faiths. I share my experiences on my blog. I try not to judge or make any judgments, but I do draw conclusions.
