Before we start talking about the structure of the world, it is necessary to touch upon a fundamental principle that determines the path of development or degradation of any society. There exists the consciousness of the Creator, aimed at creation, development, and preservation of life. But there is also its opposite — the consciousness of the Anti-Creator. Observing the lawlessness happening in the world, one simple thing becomes clear: the consciousness of the Anti-Creator is incapable of creating something fundamentally new. It has no ideas of its own. It can only push away from the Creator’s design and do everything with precision in the opposite, destructive direction.

This principle of destruction is opposed to the highest principle of creation, which is laid down in the Second Heavenly Code of Creation. The essence of the Second Heavenly Code is the greatest responsibility of the Creator for his creation before future generations. The consciousness of the Creator creates, thinking about the safety and prosperity of descendants. The consciousness of the Anti-Creator, on the contrary, pursues immediate, selfish goals, not caring about the destructive consequences that its actions will have on the future. And if now, in this dark time, we are looking for what can unite us, that one single meaning around which we can rally against this destructive principle, the answer becomes obvious. This answer is children. Protecting children and creating a safe world for them is the practical embodiment of the creative principle laid down in the Universe Codes, and the most powerful force capable of resisting any destruction.

Children — the only unifying meaning

This is the only correct direction. This is the factor that people, even the most diverse, accept calmly, to which they are ready. Information about these horrors does not just shock — it awakens. It makes one understand that a real hunt for children is taking place, for the most precious thing on this Earth. And in the face of this threat, all our disagreements, this multi-layered, artificial system of power, which we actually do not need, takes a back seat. Conscious people are ready to step out of it because we are capable of agreeing among ourselves about the values and foundations of our society. The only thing that can truly unite us is our children and the creation of a safe world for them.

The illusion of salvation: Why the Vedas and religions are a dead end

When it comes to a new world order based on the Universe Codes, people often object, sending others to read the Vedas or other ancient texts. Well, they have been read and understood. And I understand that those who send others do not understand either there or here. Yes, much in the Vedas fits into the overall picture if viewed through the prism of the Codes, but there is no main thing — a single path for all, a single meaning for all. Instead, it suggests “to praise the gods”.

Quarantined: the collapse of official institutions

The same goes for official religions. We pray to icons, to paintings, to images of people we have never known and do not know what exactly they did for the human race. And when real trouble came, an epidemic, what did these institutions, which were supposed to protect us, do? They closed themselves off in quarantine. And in this lies the essence. The existing systems do not offer a real, working, unifying meaning. They offer rituals and worship of external forces, while salvation lies within us — in our responsibility for the future, for our children.

The Universe Codes are life: Returning to the natural order

Everything that has been written here is not a new religion. The Universe Codes are not rules, not laws that need to be memorized and followed. The Universe Codes are life itself, its natural stages that a person must go through with dignity, creating a safe environment for their descendants. This is the order of the world that ensures safety for generations to come.

Right now we live in linear time, on an open line that leads nowhere. The Universe Codes, however, launch the Wheel of Life. This is a circular, continuous process. You complete your life circle and return to the same point from which you started — in the state of a child or an old person, who have already been taken care of by those who come after you. If everyone creates a safe environment for future generations, this wheel will roll smoothly, and no one will find themselves on the brink of survival.

Responsibility above rights

In our current world, everyone is shouting about rights, but no one wants to take responsibility. The Universe Codes return everything to its rightful place. At the core of everything lies responsibility. Capability is not the ability to assert your rights but the ability to consciously take responsibility for your actions before future generations. If you want to take a right — take equal responsibility. If you are not ready, do not want to — stay aside, think, but do not carry nonsense that can destroy the world for others.

The path through the Universe Codes: From birth to the right to create

The Universe Codes are not a chaotic set of rules; they are sequential stages of development and maturation of consciousness, where one smoothly flows from another.

It all starts with the Code about Children and the Elderly. You come into this world, and a safe environment has already been created for you. Your natural right is to grow and develop in it. Your task is to absorb everything that is instilled in you so that, having completed your circle, you create a similar environment for the next.

Before you can create, you must pass through two great filters.

• Universe Code about Nature — this is not about a two-year-old child caring for forms of life; that is absurd. It is about you, already an adult and aware, understanding: any of your actions, any of your desires should not carry destructive consequences for the planet or for the human race for three generations to come.
• Universe Code about Love. Here operates the “Judgment of Mothers,” and this is not a privilege but a heavy cross. Their decisions are based not on momentary pity but on love for future generations. They look at any action through the prism of balance: yes, now you will forgive that “cute” person with the eyes of the cat from “Shrek,” but will not their forgiven actions here destroy life three generations from now? This is a huge labor through the heart.

The Central Universe Code: The Union of Man and Woman and the Birth of the “Word”

The right to voice, the right to create the destinies of the universe is given only in the central Code — the Universe Code of Man and Woman. Only by creating a union and giving birth (or taking full responsibility) for children does a person gain “The Word in the Universe Code”. Why? Because only then does he bear real responsibility not only for himself but also for the future, for the life of his child and for the lives of other children. His word gains the weight of gold because it is not driven by selfishness but by care for generations. Who would you trust to solve global issues: a childless person or a mother of ten children who has already created and raised an entire lineage? The answer is obvious.

The Second Heavenly Universe Code of Creation: Supreme Responsibility

And only after passing through all these earthly stages, these filters of awareness and responsibility, through which a person carries and purifies their desires, does he approach the heavenly Universe Codes. The second of them is the Code of Creation. This is the highest point where the right to create, to change the world, to create something new for all humanity meets the greatest, almost unbearable responsibility. It is no longer about how to arrange your life or the life of your lineage. It is about how your creation will affect the destinies of generations and the entire universe.

The sieve of 90% responsibility

The key principle of this Code is the “sieve of 90% responsibility.” This means that your dream, your invention, your global idea can come to life instantly, in practically 5-15 days, only if you are ready to consciously take on 90% of the responsibility for all, even the most distant, consequences of your creation before future generations. This is not a legal but a moral, universal responsibility. You must pass your idea through all previous Universe Codes, like through a system of filters:

• How will it affect children?
• Will it destroy their psyche?
• How will it affect nature?
• Will it disrupt the balance?
• Will it be an expression of love for future generations or hidden selfishness?

This is the final sieve that filters out everything that carries even the slightest seed of destruction. Are you ready to answer for how your creation will affect the lives of our grandchildren and great-grandchildren? Are you ready for the fact that if your creation causes harm, this responsibility will fall on you? Most modern “creators” do not even come close to this. Their planning horizon is a financial report for the next quarter, not well-being three generations down the line.

The Internet as an example of a failed Universe Code

To understand how this works in practice, look at the internet. The idea was magnificent: to unite people, to provide instant access to knowledge, to erase borders. Its creators were undoubtedly geniuses. But they did not carry their idea through the sieve of 90% responsibility. They did not ask about the consequences. As a result, we have a powerful tool that today carries 90% of the decomposition into society. It destroys the psyche of children, making pornography and violence accessible with one click.

It has become the perfect tool for establishing total control and turning humanity into digital slaves who willingly give up their freedom for convenience and entertainment. Imagine for a moment if this idea had passed through the Universe Codes. It would have been implemented in a completely different, safe version for humanity. Perhaps access to it would have been granted as one matures and becomes aware, and destructive content would simply be impossible at the level of the system’s architecture. But the creators did not think about this, and now we all reap the fruits of their irresponsibility.

The moral right to create

The Code of Creation is not a prohibition but a profound reflection. It states that the right to create must be earned. You do not have the moral right to create something for humanity until you have carried your dream through all the Universe Codes, until you have honestly answered the question about the consequences. Remember the Soviet Union: there was responsibility to generations, they laid the foundation for centuries, and it is thanks to this colossal groundwork that we still exist. But that meaning — “for the Motherland, for Stalin” — turned out not to be eternal.

Instant manifestation: The reward for responsibility

It may seem that such a system of filters and responsibilities makes creating anything almost impossible. But everything is exactly the opposite. The Codes assert: everything that is subject to materialization in earthly Universe Codes, everything that has passed through these sieves, is formed and realized practically instantly — in five or fifteen days. Why so fast? Because when your dream, your creation is imbued with responsibility, when it is in complete harmony with the good of future generations and the natural order of life, it ceases to be just your personal desire. It becomes part of the very design of the universe.

All the power of life, all the energy of the Creator rushes to assist in its manifestation. Obstacles disappear, resources are found, the right people appear by themselves. This is not magic. This is the natural result of tuning in with the fundamental principles of existence. We are used to breaking through walls with our foreheads, fighting the world for the realization of our ideas because our ideas are often selfish and go against the common good. But when you create not for yourself but for children, for life, life itself begins to create through you. The speed of realization is not a trick but an exact indicator that your creation has passed the test of supreme responsibility and received “approval” from the very universe.

The essence of the Second Heavenly Code

Creation is not a one-time event but a continuous process in which humanity acts as a co-creator of its reality. It is a collaboration with the source of the Creator for the implementation of the most advanced and harmonious developments on the physical plane. These technologies encompass all spheres of existence:

• Energy: transitioning to free and environmentally friendly energy sources, excluding the extraction and burning of fossil fuels.

• Healthcare: technologies that heal at the causal level, rather than fighting symptoms.

• Transport: principles of movement that exclude friction and environmental pollution.

• Construction and materials: creating “smart” and living materials that exist in symbiosis with nature.

• Communications: technologies that allow for the transmission of information and sensing each other at the level of a unified field of consciousness.

A special role in this protocol is played by wave and resonance technologies, which are its foundation. They work with the fundamental fields of the Universe, using vacuum energy, torsion fields, and principles of harmony. Such technologies allow for the transformation of matter, healing of space, and reaching a new level of interaction with reality.

Main condition: The filter of awareness and responsibility

All these technologies already exist in the informational field of the Earth, in the source of the Creator. They could be obtained and implemented in the shortest possible time. However, the Protocol establishes a strict condition that serves as insurance for civilization itself. The level of collective consciousness of humanity must correspond to the level of the technologies received. What does this mean in practice? It means that for their unlocking, it is necessary that over 90% of people on the planet are aware of and accept responsibility for the consequences of any technological implementation. • How will this technology affect children and future generations? Will it deprive them of natural development, connection with nature, the ability for live communication?

• Will it destroy the psyche of a person? Will it increase dependence, fear, disconnection, and aggression?

• What will its impact be on nature and ecosystems? Will it preserve biodiversity and the balance of the planet?

• Is it an expression of love and care for the future? Or does it hide selfishness, a thirst for control and power?

Only if the answers to these questions are positive and conscious will the technology receive a “green light” for its implementation.

Our only future

We are in an unstable, suspended state, not knowing where tomorrow will take us. Every day something happens that destroys the familiar picture of the world, and there is a feeling that a zombie apocalypse is approaching. The old meanings that held society together have crumbled. The ideology of “for the Motherland, for Stalin,” despite its power, turned out not to be eternal. It was the core that allowed the country to rise from ruin and lay the foundation of responsibility to generations, thanks to which we still exist, but that core has gone, and everything has fallen apart.

This meaning lasted one or two generations, but it was not creative for millennia ahead. What can become the new, eternal core? Analyzing any information that surfaces, it becomes obvious: there is no other meaning besides children that could align the world order for centuries. This is the only thing that can always keep the Universal Codes in a working, “on” state.

Awakening in the midst of chaos: how the Universe Codes will unite people

It may seem that in conditions of chaos and disintegration, talking about any Universe Codes is pointless. But everything is exactly the opposite. It is precisely during a universe disaster, when familiar structures collapse, that the Universe Codes can instantly unite people. When everything starts to fall apart, people will not “praise the gods” they do not know and do not understand, and who do not help them in difficult times. Any mother at that moment will not close her eyes in prayer, losing sight of her child, but will grab him and look for shelter. She will rush to another such mother, and already two will share a crust of bread, one will watch the children while the other does something.

Creation through responsibility: A new path of development

In this new world order based on the Universe Codes, the main driver of development will not be the pursuit of profit or power but Creation. But this will be a completely different creation, having passed through the sieve of supreme responsibility described in the Second Heavenly Code. Each new idea, each invention, before coming to life, will be passed through all the Universe Codes, as through a system of moral filters. And the main criterion will not be economic benefit but safety and welfare for future generations.

Look at our current “achievements.” The internet, which could have become the greatest tool for enlightenment, has turned into an instrument of degradation and control because its creators did not think about responsibility. In the world order of the Universe Codes, such a thing would be impossible. Any idea carrying destructive potential would be filtered out at the initial stage. But those creations that pass this test, which are filled with love and care for the future, will gain incredible power. They will materialize almost instantly, in 5-15 days, because life itself, the universe itself, will facilitate their realization. This is true Creation — not a struggle with the world for your ambitions but co-creation with it for the good of life.

Trampling neural pathways into the future

Right now, this information may seem complex, contradictory, and evoke internal resistance. This is normal. We have lived too long in an inverted world, and our neural connections have adapted to it. Understanding the Universe Codes is not an intellectual exercise; it is work to “trample” new neural pathways. At first, it seems like a jumble: “what children, here are utilities, the USSR, the Vatican…”. But the more we think about it, the more we apply it to our lives, the clearer the picture becomes. You understand: what utilities, what neighbor, when it comes to the safety of children?

Everything falls into place. And when these new neural connections are created, they will begin to serve you. You will stop spending enormous amounts of energy on struggle and survival and direct it towards creation. We have reached the time when it is better to do than not to do. And let not everyone be ready, but those conscious people who are already here, who understand what is at stake — they will be the ones to trample this road into a new, safe, and bright future for all children of the human race.
