Code of Destiny: How Points of Predetermination Control the World and Where the Will of Man is Hidden

We live in a world where most events we observe are not random. They are manifestations of an invisible script written long before the actors took the stage. This script is realized through so-called “points of predetermination” — key moments in time and space where the lines of fate converge and inevitable events occur. Understanding this mechanism is the key to realizing how the world is structured, why wars and revolutions happen, and where in this global chess game there is room for the will of the individual.

There is a global planner who operates not in days and years, but in cycles and epochs. This planner, who can be called the “world government” or “the powers that be,” implements its design using countries and peoples as instruments. Today, we have entered an active phase of changing the world order, predicted and calculated in advance. This is not just a crisis — it is a managed dismantling of the old system and the construction of a new one based on entirely different principles.

The Law of Change: The Invisible Engine of History

cycles of the law of change

At the core of this process lies not malice or a conspiracy theory, but an objective law — the Law of Change. It is as relentless as the rising and setting of the Sun. The entire history of humanity is subject to cycles, waves of rises and falls. Understanding these cycles allows one not just to observe events but to foresee them. There is a large 60-year cycle, which in turn consists of five 12-year cycles. Every 12 years, a qualitative leap occurs, a change of phase. If we look at recent history, we can see this very clearly:

  • 1989 (+12) — the fall of the Berlin Wall, the beginning of the collapse of the socialist bloc.
  • 2001 (+12) — the attack on the Twin Towers in New York, the start of the “war on terror” and the reformatting of the world under the aegis of the USA.
  • 2013-2014 (+12) — events in Ukraine that became a prologue to the current global confrontation.
  • 2025 (+12) — the next key point to which the current events are leading the world.

The pandemic of 2020 was not a coincidence. It became that “black swan” — an unexpected event with colossal consequences, which was triggered at a precisely calculated moment, at the peak of the accumulated contradictions of the old system. It allowed the collapse of the world economy, based on infinite debt growth, and initiated the process of transitioning to a new world order. It was the planner’s “special operation” to dismantle the old world.

At the core of everything lies the universal “Law of Change,” described in the ancient Chinese “Canon of Change” (I Ching). It states that everything in the world is cyclical and develops according to predictable waves. There are cycles of rise and fall, cycles of energy accumulation and its release. The planner uses these natural cycles to push history in the desired direction at the right moment.

These cycles can be calculated. For example, there is a 60-year cycle that is divided into shorter periods. Within these cycles, there are points where accumulated contradictions must be resolved. The year 2020 became such a point — a phase transition point when the old world model, based on petrodollars, completely exhausted itself and began to collapse. The COVID-19 pandemic became that “black swan,” the trigger that initiated this process.

Neopolitics: The Art of Seeing the Invisible

How can we foresee these points of predetermination and corridors of opportunity? For this, there exists a special science and art — Neopolitics. This is not geopolitics, which operates only with visible factors: resources, armies, economy. Neopolitics is the art of intelligence of the invisible: the will of Heaven, cosmic foundations, the spirit of the times. It allows one to look behind the scenes of history and understand the planner’s design. It is based on three key tools:

  1. Trinary Logic. Western civilization is built on binary, Aristotelian logic: “yes” or “no,” “truth” or “lie.” This logic is a trap, as it always forces a choice between two pre-proposed options. Neopolitics uses trinary logic: “yes, no, and maybe.” It always seeks a third, non-obvious option that resolves the contradiction between the two extremes. This third way often is the very corridor of opportunity that is not visible in standard analysis.
  2. The Code of Change (I Ching). This is not a divination system, but an exact mathematical apparatus for describing wave processes. The entire world, from the cosmos to human psyche, lives according to the laws of waves. The Chinese “Canon of Change” with its 64 hexagrams is a kind of “DNA code” for these waves. It describes all possible types of situations and the sequence of their change. By analyzing the current “hexagram of time,” a neopolitician can understand what phase of the wave the world is in, where it is heading, and when its peak or decline will occur. This allows for predicting the onset of crises and transition points with high accuracy.
  3. Intelligence by Signs. Neopolitics pays great attention to symbols, signs, colors, sounds, and other implicit signs through which the spirit of the times manifests. For example, colors in politics are not random: “red” is the color of the service project and common cause, “blue” is the color of the liberal project of money and individualism. By analyzing the symbolism used by world leaders, changes in coats of arms, anthems, names, one can gather information about which project is currently in power and where it is heading.

Using these tools, Neopolitics allows one to see not individual trees, but the entire forest; not individual events, but the whole picture, understanding the planner’s design and finding in it weak points for the manifestation of one’s own will.

Three Forces in the Global Game

World politics is not a chaotic confrontation of all against all. It is a game of three main forces, three global projects (out of 6), that are fighting for the image of the future:

  1. The “Old World” Project (London): This is the project of the old aristocratic families of Europe, who seek to preserve the world of nation-states, divided into currency zones. Their ideology is conservatism and traditionalism. They rely on their historical power, intelligence, and control over global flows. Their goal is to conserve the world, preventing both a global dictatorship of financiers and the rise of the “red” project.
  2. The “New Babylon” Project (New York): This is the project of globalist financiers who are building a borderless world. Their tool is the dollar, their ideology is liberalism and transhumanism. They aim to create a “digital concentration camp,” where all humanity will be digitized, placed under total control, and divided into two castes: “service people” and immortal post-humans. This project is promoted by the owners and “friends” of the US dollar.
  3. The Red Project (Beijing/Moscow): This is the project of building a “community of a shared future for mankind,” which China is openly implementing today, relying on the ideological legacy of the USSR. It is an alternative to both digital slavery and archaic nationalism. Its foundation is the ethics of family, where the common good is above the private, service is above ownership, and the spiritual is above the material. This project offers a world based on justice and harmony, rather than usury and exploitation.

It is between these three forces that the main struggle unfolds. Russia finds itself in the most complicated position in this game: its liberal elite is embedded in the “New Babylon” project, while its historical destiny and the aspirations of the people gravitate towards the “Red Project.”

The Ethics of the Horde: Five Principles of the New World

The Red Project, which offers an alternative to the Western world order, is built not just on a different economic model, but on a fundamentally different ethics. This ethics, conditionally called “the ethics of the Horde” or the ethics of the great family, consists of five key principles, each of which is opposed to the values of the liberal world:

  1. The Spiritual Above the Material. In the liberal model of the world, success is measured by material wealth, consumption, and accumulation. In the ethics of the Horde, the primary focus is on spiritual development, serving a higher purpose, and fidelity to ideals. Material well-being is seen merely as a tool for achieving spiritual goals, not as an end in itself.
  2. Power Above Property. In the Western system, property is sacred, and those with more money hold real power. Power is a function of capital. In the ethics of the Horde, power is primary. Power is not a privilege but a burden of responsibility for the fate of the people. Property is a function of power: those who bear the burden of power receive the necessary resources for management but do not own them as private property.
  3. Service Above Ownership. The ideal of the liberal world is a successful owner who uses resources for personal enrichment. The ideal of the ethics of the Horde is a loyal servant, a warrior of spirit, who dedicates their life to serving the common cause. Ownership of resources is viewed not as a right but as an obligation to manage them effectively for the benefit of the entire family of nations.
  4. The Common Good Above the Private. Liberalism exalts the rights and freedoms of the individual as the highest value, which often leads to the atomization of society and egoism. In the ethics of the Horde, the interests of the common good, the interests of the entire great family of nations, always take precedence over the private interests of the individual or group. A person finds meaning and fullness of life only as part of a greater whole.
  5. Justice Above the Law. The Western world is built on the rule of law, which is often formal and can be used to protect the interests of the powerful at the expense of justice. In the ethics of the Horde, the highest authority is justice, understood as conformity to the higher Laws of Being. The law is merely a tool for achieving justice, and if it is unjust, it must be changed.

These five principles form the basis of the civilizational code that the “Red Project” offers as an alternative to the departing world order.

Points of Predetermination: Where the Fate of the World is Decided

Points of predetermination are not just dates on a calendar. They are moments when several factors converge: astrological cycles, economic crises, social tensions, and the will of key players. At such moments, history becomes plastic, and it can be directed along one of several pre-prepared corridors of opportunity.

Predicted Crises

The crisis of 2020 was predicted with astonishing accuracy. As early as 2012, it was known that a global storm would begin during this period. There were other points: 2008 (global financial crisis), 2014 (Ukraine). The next key point for which preparations are underway is 2025. By this time, the planner intends to complete the main stage of reformatting the world.

Russia in the Planner’s Scenario

Russia has a special role in this scenario. After the collapse of the USSR, it became a country that lost the Cold War and was integrated into the liberal model of the world as a raw materials appendage. However, within the country, there have always been forces that did not accept this situation.

ℹ️ ИНТЕРЕСНЫЙ ФАКТ
Evgeny Kirillov
Today, Russia stands at a crossroads. The liberal part of the elite seeks to maintain the status quo and remain part of the Western world. The patriotic part is trying to implement its own project, but often does so clumsily, not understanding the global rules of the game. The main tragedy of modern Russia is that it tries to play by rules written not by it and for its defeat. The Russian elite, raised on Western economic theories, is trying to integrate into a liberal world that is already collapsing. They are trying to “befriend” the West, which sees Russia only as a resource base and a geopolitical opponent.

At the same time, the patriotic part of society and power appeals to the past, to imperial or Soviet symbols, but cannot offer a coherent project for the future. As a result, Russia finds itself in a position of “sitting on two chairs”: with one leg, it tries to remain in the departing Western world, while with the other, it seeks to lean on its own history. Such a position at a phase transition point is inherently losing.

The planner uses this uncertainty. He pits Russia against Europe to weaken both sides. He pushes Russia towards an alliance with China, but only to betray both Russia and China at the right moment. The planner’s task is to prevent the emergence of a strategic alliance between Russia (which has resources and military power) and China (which has the economy and passionarity). Such an alliance could offer the world a real alternative, and this is what the planner fears the most.

As a result, Russia often acts reactively, responding to challenges rather than shaping its own agenda. The planner uses this internal struggle to direct Russia along the corridor he desires. The goal is not to allow Russia to become an independent center of power, but to use its potential to fight other players, primarily China.

The Will of Man: Is There a Way Out of the Script?

Four Levels of Will: From Instinct to Spirit Through Consciousness

If key events are predetermined, does this mean that the will of the individual has no significance? No, this is not the case. Predetermination is the riverbed, and will is the ability of the boat to maneuver within this riverbed. The possibility and quality of this maneuver directly depend on the level of self-awareness of the individual. We can conditionally distinguish four levels through which the development of will passes.

1. Body (Instincts)

This is the basic, animal level of existence. Will at this level boils down to simple “want/don’t want” and is dictated by the instincts of survival, reproduction, and dominance. The behavior of the body-person is determined by hormones and reflexes. It is completely submissive, an object of manipulation, easily controlled through fear or primitive pleasures. Its reactions are predictable, and freedom of will is practically absent, as it is a slave to its biological programs.

2. Mind (Intellect)

This is the level of logic, analysis, and knowledge accumulation. The will of the mind-person manifests in the ability to set goals, build plans, and solve complex tasks within established rules. The mind is a powerful processor that operates with facts and information, answering the question “how?”. However, it is limited by the worldview that is embedded in it. The mind can brilliantly optimize processes within a system, but it cannot step outside of it or question its foundations. It can be a tool for both creation and destruction, depending on which program governs it.

3. Consciousness (Worldview)

This is the level at which a holistic worldview is formed from disparate knowledge and feelings. If the Mind answers the question “how?”, then Consciousness seeks the answer to the question “why?”. Its main function is meaning creation. Consciousness tries to connect everything that happens, build a system of values, and determine its place in the world.

It is at the level of consciousness that ideological struggle occurs. A person with an inadequate worldview, whose consciousness is filled with false ideas and propaganda, will make decisions leading to defeat, even possessing a brilliant mind. Will at the level of consciousness is the will to seek truth, to form an adequate reality of the worldview. The goal is to learn to see the world as it is, not as it is imposed from the outside. However, without a higher reference point, consciousness can get lost in the maze of contradictory concepts.

4. Spirit (Conscience and Discernment)

This is the highest level, at which a person gains true freedom of will. The spirit is that divine spark that exists above the mind and consciousness. Its tools are conscience as an internal tuning fork of truth and discernment as the ability to intuitively distinguish truth from falsehood, good from evil.

The will of the spirit is the ability to act according to conscience, against benefit, logic, or even the instinct of self-preservation. A person of spirit draws strength not from the material world but from a connection with the higher principle, with Heaven. It is this person who can make an unpredictable choice for the system at the point of predetermination and direct history along a different corridor of possibilities. This is a will that does not react to circumstances but creates them.

Thus, true freedom of will is the result of spiritual ascent: from the slavery of instincts, through the instrumental use of the mind and the struggle for adequate consciousness, to serving the spirit.

How to Manifest One’s Will?

Freedom of will manifests not in changing the point of predetermination — this is practically impossible. It manifests in what choice a person makes at this point. When a crisis occurs, one can succumb to panic and fear, or one can maintain clarity of mind and spirit. One can act selfishly, or one can act in the interests of the common good.

It is the sum of these individual choices that determines which of the possible corridors history will take after the bifurcation point. If the majority chooses the path of spirit, honor, and service, then the world moves towards a more just arrangement. If the majority succumbs to fear and egoism, then the scenario of a “digital concentration camp” is realized.

Thus, predetermination and freedom of will do not contradict each other but exist at different levels. The fate of the world is decided at points of predetermination, but the quality of the future world is determined by the free will and choice of each individual. My (Our) task is to elevate our consciousness to the level of spirit, so that at the decisive moment we can make the right choice and help history proceed along a bright path.

Practice of Will: Managing Reality at Points of Choice

Understanding the four levels of will is just a theory. How can a person practically manifest their free will and break free from the power of the script? There are several practical steps for this.

📌 СОВЕТ ИЗ ПРАКТИКИ
Evgeny Kirillov
First, it is necessary to achieve “disidentification”. This is a key act in which a person at the level of consciousness separates their true “I” (spirit) from their social role and legal mask — “persona” (the physical person with a name in the passport). The system can only manage the persona. It has no power over the spirit. When a person stops considering themselves merely as a record in the registry, they gain the ability to look at their “persona” from the outside, as a tool or vehicle that needs to be skillfully managed to interact with the system, but which is not themselves.

Second, one needs to develop the art of discernment within themselves. This is the ability to distinguish the voice of the spirit (conscience, intuition) from the noise of the material world (propaganda, fears, desires, others’ opinions). Discernment is the main skill of the warrior of spirit. It allows one to see the essence behind the form, the intention behind the word, the truth behind the lie. This is not intellectual analysis, but direct feeling that comes from within, from the heart.

Third, it is necessary to make a choice at the point of predetermination. When a crisis occurs, the system always offers a person a choice within its binary logic: “hit or run,” “join our side or the enemy’s.” Freedom of will lies in rejecting this imposed choice and taking an action based on discernment and conscience. This could be an act of mercy where the system demands cruelty; an act of service where the system demands selfishness; an act of silence where the system demands shouting slogans.

It is the sum of such “illogical” actions for the system, performed by many people, that creates the very force capable of directing the historical process along a brighter corridor of possibilities at the point of bifurcation. This is the practical application of free will — not an attempt to cancel the predetermined, but a conscious change of the quality of the future through one’s personal choice here and now.
