Miracles, indeed! The OGRN of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation also begins with 1. The date of assignment of the OGRN is 14.12.2002. The person entitled to act on behalf of the legal entity is Valery Dmitrievich Zorkin. It has only one type of activity under OKVED: Activities of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. There are representative offices.
Conclusion: The so-called Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation is a private commercial organization that performs the functions of a state institution. Both organizations are private companies. Both issue their own directives and circulars. At the Ministry of Finance they are called: Decrees, Orders, and Resolutions. At Sberbank they are: Internal Orders and Instructions. Now a puzzling question: is a person obliged to execute the directives of the Ministry of Finance and the Savings Bank, if he has no contract with these private organizations? But please distinguish between very important legal terms: person, citizen, and individual. The point is that all these words have completely different definitions, which means different responsibilities in the obligations undertaken. If all ministries and departments in the Russian Federation are private firms, is the Russian government also a private organization? Everyone will give the answer himself, in his head. However the Government of the Russian Federation is registered in the international register of private commercial organizations.
