Who owns the codes of new wealth and power?

Forget everything you knew about stability. The world has entered not just a crisis, but an era of global revolutions that are happening right now in the minds and hearts of people. This is not a chaotic collapse, but a managed demolition of the old order, designed to build a completely new reality. The old rules no longer work, old alliances are crumbling, and old sources of wealth are turning to dust. Everything that seemed unshakeable — cavalry, tank armies, the “Avangard” and “Sarmat” missiles — is already in the past.

We stand on the threshold of a world where the main treasure will not be oil, gold, or even land, but something immaterial and omnipotent — codes: civilizational, programmatic, and cultural. Whoever possesses these codes will own the future. But who is this mysterious architect that writes the script for all humanity? And what place is assigned to Russia in this new wonderful world? The answers to these questions are hidden not in news reports, but in the knowledge of basic principles, which frees one from the need to sift through mountains of data.

The conclusions that will be written further are a top-down view from the founder of Nebopolitics, Peter Adolfovich Gvaskov (creative pseudonym – Andrey Petrovich Devyatov). In my opinion, these assessments resonate not only with my mind and heart but also with those of other people. That is why my task, which I set for myself, is to reach as many concerned individuals with this information as possible.

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse: Revolution as a Tool

The word “revolution” is deliberately replaced with the euphemistic term “global transformations.” But the essence remains the same: the old world must be destroyed to its foundations. And for this, four types of revolutions have been launched:

1. Technical: Transition from an industrial to an information economy, where everything will be different.
2. Economic: Dismantling the capitalist model based on private property and infinite growth.
3. Social: Destruction of familiar social foundations and identities, which cannot be suppressed by any national guard.
4. Political: Reformatting of power and sovereignty, changing the very principle of governance.

The key feature of the current moment is that this war is being fought not between countries, but within countries. The global planner has realized the old slogan attributed to the Bolsheviks: “Turn the imperialist war into a civil war.” This is done to resolve the question of power. We see this in the events in the USA, which are already being called the precursors of a civil war, the split in Europe, and what is referred to as the “new Russian schism” within Russia itself.

The goal of this managed chaos is to create circumstances of force majeure, the famous “act of God.” It is war, even a local one, that allows for the nullification of all old obligations. There is no longer a need to pay debts, fulfill supply contracts, or pay salaries. Everything is written off to the war. This is why there are constant attempts to ignite a full-scale conflict with the use of weapons, but so far no one wants to fight for real.

New Wealth: From Land to Program Codes

To understand the logic of what is happening, one must realize how the very concept of wealth has changed throughout history. Being is the exchange of matter, energy, and information.

• Pre-industrial society: The main wealth and primary means of production was land.
• Industrial society: Energy replaced land. Oil, gas, coal, and electricity became the lifeblood of the new economy. The productive forces in the USSR and the West were similar: they had the Boeing aircraft, we had the Il-18; they had jetliners, and we had the Tu-104. They had assembly lines and blast furnaces, and we had them too. The difference was only in the production relations (private property vs. public).
• Information society: Today we are entering an era where the main wealth is not material assets, but codes: civilizational, programmatic, and cultural. This is an immaterial essence that governs technologies, finances, human behavior, and the productive forces themselves. Cryptocurrencies, the digital economy, artificial intelligence — all of these are manifestations of new wealth, which is an immaterial type of value. Power is shifting from the owners of wells and factories to the owners of the keys to the codes.

Being few in number, they act through supportive countries and peoples. In the 20th century, such a supportive country was Russia with its global project of “a bright future for all humanity.”

In the 21st century, this role has been given to China. The Chinese project of “creating a Community of Common Destiny for Humanity” is essentially a reissue of the same global project under a new name. China has been chosen to play the role of the “icebreaker” that must break the chains of the old world order based on petrodollars. Meanwhile, Russia, focusing on “national projects,” has voluntarily renounced global leadership and is losing in this global game.

Top-Down Perspective: Nebopolitics and the Language of Global Powers

To truly understand what is happening, it is not enough to operate within the categories of conventional analysis and common sense. Common sense is always analysis; it is a bottom-up view from within the process. It allows one to see details but not the overall picture. To comprehend global transformations requires a completely different approach — a top-down view, which in the doctrine of nebopolitics is called assessment.

Nebopolitics is not about political science in its classical sense. It is a question of power from the Heavens, of the ability to read and utilize the energies of the Sun, Moon, and stars that influence everything happening on Earth. It allows one to see the world in its entirety, fullness, and adequacy to the ongoing processes. Those who are strictly within the framework of common sense will never be able to be adequate to the processes because they do not see the whole picture.

This principle is embedded in sacred writings. “But seek ye first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” What does it mean to “seek the Kingdom of God” in the context of governance? It means seeking resonance with the higher Codes of the Universe, with the Law of Heaven. He who seeks will also “receive” — both power and resources and victory. A top-down view allows one not to analyze but to assess the situation, to see invisible connections and the true intentions of the players. This is a question not so much of intellect as of spirit; not so much of processing gigabytes of data as of understanding the basic principles of being. The natural intelligence of a person is capable of this, while artificial intelligence is merely a technology for sifting through piles of data.

Weapons of the Future: China’s Dual-Circuit Financial System

Capitalism, based on the expanded reproduction of capital, has hit its natural limits: the planet is explored, fossil resources are counted, the environment is poisoned, and debts have reached astronomical levels that cannot be repaid. A new model is required, and China has revived it by turning to its history — to the so-called Asian mode of production, which does not require expanded reproduction.

Its foundation is a dual-circuit financial system that brilliantly separates money for consumption from money for investment. This system was invented during the Song dynasty and implemented on a large scale in the unified state of Genghis Khan (the First – Golden Horde).

Circuit 1: Consumer. Crypto-yuan and real gold

This circuit is designed to meet the basic needs of a person: to eat, dress, shelter from the elements, and move from point A to point B. Everything here should be based on real, natural value. In ancient China, this role was played by the liang of silver — a weight measure of 50 grams. The value of a bag of rice or a basket of eggs was measured in the weight of precious metal.

In modern China, this function is performed by the crypto-yuan, pegged to the weight of gold. Behind this digital currency is a real asset — about 30,000 tons of gold that China has accumulated in its reserves. This circuit is serviced by the Agricultural Bank of China, as it is connected to the production of natural values. This is money for the people, backed by real, tangible wealth.

Circuit 2: Investment. Fiat money for grand constructions

This circuit is intended for the implementation of large state and infrastructure projects: the construction of the Grand Canal for irrigation, dams for flood protection, bridges, and the Great Wall. In ancient times, paper money “chao” with a square imperial seal was used for this purpose. Their value was not backed by gold but by trust in the authority of the emperor and his will. These paper notes measured the time that a Chinese person spent on public works.

Today, this role is fulfilled by fiat money, primarily — US dollars. Just as the dollar is backed by US Navy aircraft carriers, so were the “chao” backed by the will of the emperor. China has created the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, which finances projects in dollars. For example, under an agreement with Iran, China is investing $400 billion over 25 years in infrastructure, while Iran pays with oil and gas supplies at an 18% discount from world prices.

In fact, China uses unsecured dollars (the same “empty” as the “chao”) to build real infrastructure around the world. For the outside world — fiat zeros, for internal consumption — gold-backed crypto-yuan. This is the economic foundation of the new currency world that China is building while everyone else watches.

Russia at a Crossroads: The Battle of Four Thrones

In this global game, Russia finds itself in an extremely vulnerable position. By abandoning the global project in favor of “national projects,” it automatically loses in the hybrid war. This vulnerability has deep economic roots. In Russia, there is a fatal contradiction between the form of ownership and the mechanism of production relations, which is a classic prerequisite for revolution. The essence of the problem is as follows: 94% of the land in the country belongs to the state. Land is the primary means of production. Meanwhile, the financial system of the country is capitalist, designed for private ownership of the means of production.

The mechanism of money issuance in capitalism works through collateral: a private individual or company pledges their property (factory, land) to a bank and receives a loan, that is, new money, against this collateral. In Russia, however, the main wealth — land — is not in private hands and cannot serve as collateral. Only 0.6% of the land belongs to legal entities.

The state, being the richest owner (for example, the Moscow government owns 99% of the land in the city), does not understand how to utilize this wealth and instead collects taxes from residents. Continuing to exist in such a paradigm is impossible. It is necessary either to conduct total privatization of land, which the population simply cannot survive, or completely change the financial system to one that corresponds to the state form of ownership, as was the case in China or is in Israel, where land also belongs to the state.

Within the country, there is a hidden struggle for the future, and this struggle is being fought between four main groups, each relying on its source of funding for secret operations. Politics is a question of power, and power requires money for bribery, blackmail, and financing elections.

1. Petrodollars (fiat money): They are relied upon by systemic liberals and the conditional group “The Long State of Putin,” created by Surkov. Their goal is to maintain market liberalism.
2. Diamonds: This tool is associated with another clan that has historical ties to British elites (the society of Cecil Rhodes, created on the diamond mines of South Africa).
3. Gold: An alternative to the dollar. This resource is linked to the “USSR 2.0” project or “Greater Eurasia,” which hints at the interests of the Rothschilds and figures like Kurginyan. The armed wing of this group is the National Guard.
4. Drugs: The fourth shadow tool, which is associated with FSB structures.

Today, the main battle is unfolding between the “petrodollar” group (liberals, “the Family”) and the Eurasian project. The “Third Rome” project, associated with the Orthodox empire, has already lost, having lost its influence and parishes in Ukraine, Georgia, and the Baltics.

The Law of Change in the Connection of Three Forces: Who Will Emerge Victorious?

According to the “law of change,” which can be expressed mathematically, in the struggle of three forces, the one that remains passive wins. If two forces are active (1+1), and one is passive (0), the result will be zero (1+1+0=0) — they mutually destroy each other. However, if two forces are passive (0+0), and one is active (1), the result will be one (0+0+1=1) — it wins.

• Active Force 1: “The Long State of Putin” (liberals). They are doomed because the old petrodollar world is collapsing before our eyes, and the Bank for International Settlements has already refused to finance its rescue.
• Active Force 2: “The Black International” – these are Z-patriots, very Orthodox, friends of European aristocrats under the leadership of the Pope in the “Moscow – Third Rome” project. They are actively fighting for power.
• Passive Force: The “USSR 2.0” project (conditionally “reds”), associated with gold and the Rothschilds, is currently on the sidelines of the main clash and appears as a passive force.

According to this logic, when the liberal project finally collapses, victory will not go to its direct opponent, but to the force that has been waiting in the shadows.

Technologies of Power: From the Number of the Antichrist to the Wave of the Shepherd

The global battle is unfolding not only in the economy and geopolitics but also at the technological level. Humanity is offered two fundamentally different paths of development, two technologies of governance.

The first path — is the technology of the Antichrist. Its foundation is the digital economy, artificial intelligence, total control through algorithms and big data. This is the world of “digit.” It is important to understand the difference between “digit” and “number.” In the beginning was the Word (Logos), and the Logos is both word and number and relation. “Number” carries harmony and resonance. “Digit,” however, is merely a code, an algorithm, in which there is no resonance, no life. The digital economy is a technology of enslavement, where a person becomes an object of control.

The second path — is the technology of the Good Shepherd, or the technology of the Messiah (Mashiach). It is based not on digital algorithms but on wave principles, on resonance. Governance in this system occurs not through coercion but through tuning in with the wave processes of the universe. This is governance of behavior through the creation of a harmonious field, not through rigid control. That is why in those structures where true “shepherds” — future governors — are prepared, even the use of mobile phones is prohibited, let alone smartphones.

A smartphone is a tool for digitization and enslavement; it ties one to the technology of the Antichrist. Those who are to make decisions at the highest level must maintain the purity of consciousness and the ability for wave resonance, for direct perception of the Logos. This path is not about genetically engineering humans but about unlocking their original potential.

The future belongs not to those who cling to the remnants of the industrial age but to those who can master immaterial assets — codes. In this new world, power will belong not to those with more tanks or oil, but to those who hold the keys to the future — the keys to the codes.

The Code of Time: Prophecies and Cycles Until 2025

All the events occurring are not random; they are subject to strict temporal cycles. Behind-the-scenes planners speak of 2025 as a threshold when a new world order is to be launched. This date does not arise from nowhere; it is inscribed in the Code of Change.

There are at least two key cycles. The first is the four-year cycle of the “great game,” which we see in the example of presidential elections in the USA. This four-year system was not invented by Americans for themselves but by the planner for their colonies to maintain the manageability of processes. The second, more important for us, is the twelve-year cycle of Russia. The entire recent history of the country fits neatly into this wave.

• 1905 — the first Russian revolution.
• 1917 (+12) — the Great October Socialist Revolution.
• 1929 (+12) — the Year of the Great Turn, the beginning of collectivization.
• 1941 (+12) — the beginning of the Great Patriotic War.
• 1953 (+12) — the death of Stalin, the beginning of reforms.
• 1965 (+12) — the beginning of the Kosygin reforms.
• 1977 (+12) — the adoption of the “Brezhnev” constitution, the change of political structure from the power of the Soviets to the power of the CPSU.
• 1989 (+12) — the collapse of the socialist camp, the beginning of the end of the USSR.
• 2001 (+12) — the beginning of the era of “The Long State of Putin” after the 9/11 attacks.
• 2013 (+12) — events in Ukraine, which is within our civilizational circle.

The next point on this wave is the year 2025 (+12). History does not move chaotically. It is subject to rhythms. And the current point of bifurcation is not a coincidence but a necessary stage in a large cosmic cycle that the planner knew and prepared for. The planner’s mistake in the 20th century, when the bet was placed on Russia, was 72 years (cosmic precession), and the restructuring began not in 1917 but in 1989 (1917+72). Now the bet is placed on China, and the calculations are being made with utmost precision.
